Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a skilled valuation professional to join the Private Markets team in London. You will perform valuations of illiquid investments, develop and review valuation models, and present analyses to leading clients across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

You will collaborate with management to maintain client relationships, attend industry events, and contribute to model enhancements while leveraging your accounting or CFA training.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder (or in process of obtaining qualification).
• Experience crafting and reviewing valuation models (DCF, comps, option pricing).
• Experience delivering valuations and addressing client queries.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations of illiquid investments across industries/geographies using accepted methods.
• Present analyses and conclusions to clients in reports; respond to valuation questions.
• Contribute to designing and enhancing financial valuation models.
• Collaborate with management to maintain client relationships.
• Attend industry events to deepen knowledge of private markets.
