Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Valuation Professional in the UK to join the global Investment Valuation Team. The role focuses on monitoring and valuing investments across Private Infrastructure and Private Markets Royalties, with exposure to other asset classes as well.

The candidate will perform financial analysis, lead valuation package preparation for the Valuation Committee of PG UK, and collaborate with external providers. Strong modelling and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in valuation/financial modelling roles.
• Proficient in financial modelling and DCF valuations.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in private markets valuations, especially Private Infrastructure and Private Markets Royalties.
• Monitor and track asset performance during the investment period.
• Perform financial analysis and valuations using standard methodologies.
• Lead the preparation of valuation packages for the Valuation Committee of PG UK.
• Support the Chairperson of the Valuation Committee on related tasks.
• Collaborate with external valuation service providers and auditors.
• Prepare valuation reports, memos and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Interact with internal teams including investment teams.
