Zusammenfassung

Intermedia is looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our remotely minded team. You will build, maintain, and operate Linux-based infrastructure at scale, focusing on automation and efficiency in a multinational environment.

Occasional travel to Bristol or London may be required. You will collaborate with devops and development teams to deploy infrastructure, develop tooling, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and comfort with the command line.
• Experience with Chef or other configuration management tools to automate servers and apps.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of networking principles including DNS, TCP/UDP, firewalls and load balancers.
• Willingness to tackle complex systems and routine tasks to keep things running smoothly.
• Foundational understanding of security best practices.
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Bash, Ruby, Python, or Go.

About the Role:

While primarily remote, this role may require occasional visits to the Bristol office or London.
