The candidate will be required to provide technical support to business improvement projects. They will need to mentor and assist the support staff to ensure issues presented from the business are actioned to a high standard. The candidate will be an important member of the change management team.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Business Systems Manager to deliver technical requirements, testing, documentation and user training for Business Systems Roadmap projects.
• Developing and documenting 1st Line standard processes for the CDE Service Desk team to use within frontline support.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to the ERP, CRM and other business systems and supporting technologies.
• Providing and implementing technical requirements for ERP including: Data Migration, Permission sets, Custom Objects, Reports, Lobbies, Profiles, Crystal report writing, Business Analytics Reports, Power BI reports.
• Author and maintain system and user documentation.
• Defining high and low-level process flows and convert them into solutions.
• System & business process modelling techniques.
• Effectively work in an ITIL environment ensuring application configuration control, deployment practices and change management processes are adhered to.
• Working closely with external contractors, suppliers, other system technical team members and the project team to ensure requirements are met.
• Working as a part of the team on the Full Life Cycle of ERP system and related systems.
• Working closely with external Database support team to ensure upgrades and maintenance are carried out and up to date.
• Will be a member of the system change management team and liaise/prioritise future development of the system.
• Working in conjunction with the Data Architect to support developing CDE’s BI landscape.
• Manage PLSQL requirements in the business including interfacing with third party systems.
• Managing and supporting users through the ERP ticketing process and escalating where required.
• Provide training, mentoring and documentation to team members and across CDE
• Occasionally providing Out of Hours support when required.
