Recruit Wealth is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a regional office within a leading national Financial Planning group. You will work alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a smooth, compliant client experience across pensions, investments and protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/Financial Planning administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and relationships.
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Arrange client meetings and manage diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate client records on internal systems.
• Handle client enquiries and provider communications.
• Provide back-office support using IO and ensure regulatory compliance.
