Clark James Recruitment is partnering with a reputable IFA business in Maidstone to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator/Paraplanner. You will support Financial Advisors by preparing high-quality reports, conducting client research, and ensuring tailored advice delivery.

Role involves research, report preparation, client liaison, cash flow modelling, and FCA-compliant documentation. A Level 4 Diploma or progress toward it is preferred; flexible working arrangements are available within a

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma or working towards Level 4 Diploma.
• Experience as an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products and planning tools.
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear client language.
• High accuracy and strong analytical skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Client research: analyze products, markets, and portfolios to support IFAs.
• Report preparation: produce detailed suitability reports for clients.
• Client liaison: gather information and manage relationships on behalf of the IFA.
• Financial planning: assist cash flow modelling, investments, and retirement plans.
• Compliance: ensure recommendations and documents meet FCA and company standards.
• Administration support: coordinate paperwork and client records with the admin team.
• Review meetings: prepare for client reviews with updated reports and recommendations.
• Ongoing development: stay updated on market and regulatory changes.
