Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is seeking an IFA Administrator for a Bath practice. You will support the advisory process through data gathering, new business processing, letters of authority, client file preparation and provider liaison.

The role offers a competitive salary (£29,000 - £32,000), hybrid/flexible working, subsidised travel, exam support and opportunities for progression within a close-knit wealth management team.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with an attitude to succeed.
• Experience working within wealth management.
• Key understanding of a full range of financial products.
• Approachable, professional, and ambitious.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Curo.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for client files and new business processing.
• Process new business and issue letters of authority.
• Prepare client files and coordinate provider liaison.
