Capio Recruitment are partnering with a well-established financial planning firm in Bath to appoint a Senior Administrator to join their growing team. This role supports a Financial Planner, manages adviser diaries and client servicing, and coordinates reviews, documentation and new business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or a similar support role.
• Experience as PA/EA or adviser support is desirable.
• Strong diary management and organisational skills.
• Experience using provider platforms and financial planning systems.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) would be desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support a Financial Planner with day-to-day client servicing activities.
• Manage adviser diaries, coordinate meetings and oversee review schedules.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and provider relationships.
• Prepare client documentation, valuations and meeting packs.
• Process new business and manage cases through to completion.
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems and provider platforms.
• Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress client work.
• Monitor ongoing servicing requirements and ensure high standards of client care.

Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Salary: GBP32,000 to GBP35,000

Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm in Bath who are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator, who enjoys working closely with advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role offers a genuine opportunity to become a trusted right-hand support to a Financial Planner whilst working within a collaborative and professional environment.

You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating adviser activity and ensuring clients receive a seamless service throughout their financial planning journey.

This position would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and being at the centre of a busy and successful advice team.

The Role

• Supporting a Financial Planner with day-to-day client servicing activities
