You will support Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring smooth client journeys through accurate administration, diary management and processing of pension, investment and protection applications. This role offers clear career progression and study support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IFA/Financial Planning administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and financial planning systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage client correspondence and relationships.
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare annual review packs and meeting documentation.
• Arrange client meetings and manage diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records on internal systems.
• Handle client enquiries and provider communications.
• Provide back-office support using Intelligent Office.
• Ensure administration complies with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
