Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent financial planning practice in the heart of Cheltenham for an IFA Administrator.

You will support several Independent Financial Advisers and fellow administrators in a collaborative, client‑facing role that keeps pace with a busy schedule and evolving workloads, ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Preparing client review packs for adviser meetings
• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, protection and mortgage products
• Maintaining and updating client records, ensuring information is accurate and compliant
• Liaising with providers, advisers and clients to progress applications and resolve queries
• Producing client documentation and reports
• Drafting suitability reports for advisers
• Supporting advisers with ongoing client administration
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA compliance requirements
