Preparing client packs, valuations, illustrations and suitability documentation
Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and policy servicing
Maintaining accurate client records across CRM and provider platforms
Liaising with clients, advisers, product providers and third parties
Managing workflows and ensuring cases progress efficiently
Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
Supporting advisers with compliance and regulatory documentation
Assisting with diary management, meeting preparation and follow?up actions
Experience in IFA administration or wider financial services
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/back?office systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of FCA processes (desirable but not essential)
A proactive, supportive team player
Salary up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
