Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator in Bishop’s Stortford to support the Client Services team. The role involves onboarding, ongoing administration and liaison with advisers, wealth planners and providers for high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will handle full client journey tasks, ensure accuracy across records, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a well-established wealth management business.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/financial planning administration is essential.
• Solid understanding of financial planning processes and products.
• Experience dealing with clients, ideally high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with new client onboarding, including AML checks and letters of authority.
• Processing investments, protection policies, transfers, contributions and withdrawals.
• Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems.
• Liaising with clients, providers and platforms to progress requests.
• Managing client queries and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
• Preparing documentation and annual review packs for Advisers.

Senior IFA Administrator
Bishop’s Stortford
£35,000 – £40,000

We are working with a well-established wealth management business that is looking to add an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to its Client Services team.

This is a varied role supporting high-net-worth clients, working closely with Advisers, Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners to deliver a high level of client service.

You’ll be involved across the full client journey, from onboarding and new business through to ongoing administration, provider liaison and adviser support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting new client onboarding, including AML checks, risk profiling and Letters of Authority
• Processing investments, protection policies, transfers, contributions and withdrawals
• Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
• Liaising with clients, providers and platforms to progress requests
• Managing client queries and keeping them updated throughout the process
• Preparing documentation and annual review packs for Advisers

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous IFA / financial planning administration experience
• Good knowledge of financial planning processes and products
• Experience dealing with clients, ideally HNW clients
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good Microsoft Office and IO skills
• CII Level 4 or a willingness to work towards a professional qualification would be advantageous
