Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator in the Liverpool area to support Financial Advisers and clients through the full financial planning process.

The role involves preparing client documentation and meeting packs, processing new business and ongoing servicing, and liaising with providers. A background in wealth management and strong attention to detail are essential. Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo/iO and CashCalc is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA, financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and the advice process.
• Familiarity with financial platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and meeting packs

IFA Administrator – Southport

I’m working with an established Financial Planning firm in Southport who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within financial planning or wealth management who is looking for a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment.

The role will involve supporting Financial Advisers and clients across the full financial planning process, including:
