We're Hiring: IFA Administrator

Location: Caerphilly | Part-Time (15 – 20 Hours) | Competitive Salary

Hybrid/flexible working options available – Caerphilly Town Centre location

Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with experience in financial services? Join our dynamic team as an IFA Administrator, where you’ll support two advisers in delivering exceptional financial planning solutions to our clients including Mortgages & Investments.

About the Role

In this key support role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of client accounts, from new business processing to preparing valuations and liaising with providers. You'll help keep everything running behind the scenes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business applications and client documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records using our back-office systems
  • Prepare valuation reports and client meeting packs
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers
  • Support compliance and FCA regulation adherence
  • Social Media profile updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Backoffice systems like Xplan & Defaqto desirable
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Working toward or holding relevant qualifications encouraged
