Herefordshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join its Waste Management Team. This is an exciting time to join as we introduce new waste services across the county.

Your role will involve providing technical support to ensure the delivery of high-quality waste management services and advice to residents and businesses across Herefordshire.

You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in Information Technology systems, and have strong attention to detail. We value organisational skills, dependability, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.

The position is based at Plough Lane, Hereford, with the flexibility to work from home as needed to support the team.
