Job summary

Ortus PSR is seeking an IFA Administration Team Leader in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. This full-time role offers a salary up to £45,000 plus benefits, and involves leading a 6-person admin team, refining workflows, and supporting IFA advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning for sophisticated clients.

You will work closely with advisers, prioritise effectively, and ensure the back office runs smoothly while growing the team and processes in a small independent practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in wealth management or financial services.
• Experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar support role.
• Ability to design workflows and manage workload.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
