Job summary

NJR Recruitment is partnering with a nationwide independent financial planning firm to recruit an IFA Administrator (Co-ordinator) in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, a 35-hour week and a salary up to GBP32,000 depending on experience.

You will support Financial Planners, Paraplanners and clients, manage diaries, prepare complex meeting packs, handle enquiries and maintain accurate client records across back-office systems.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning support or administration experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners and Paraplanners with client communications.
• Manage calendars, appointments and meeting packs.
• Handle client enquiries and liaise with providers.
• Submit instructions to platforms and maintain records.
• Maintain accurate client records in back-office systems.
