Job summary

The Red Snapper Recruitment Group is recruiting for an IDVA / Support Worker in Nottingham. You will support survivors of domestic abuse, complete risk assessments, and work with partner agencies to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
• Ability to assess risk and develop safety plans.
• Experience with criminal justice processes.
• Strong communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to survivors.
• Complete risk assessments and safety plans.
• Work with police, social care, and DA service partners.
• Maintain case records and monitoring data.
• Deliver training and raise awareness among professionals.
