Job summary

VodafoneThree in London is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management specialist to help shape secure, scalable identity services across our new organisation. You’ll own delivery of DxIDM and related IAM services, collaborating with security and product teams.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, 2-3 days in the office, with a focus on authentication, federation, and API development, delivering resilient identity platforms for a connected nation.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience with identity federation and authentication protocols.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML and related standards.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, cloud‑native identity services.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy and data protection requirements.
• Experience with telco identity architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and lifecycle of DxIDM, Headless Identity, and IAM services.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization across digital products.
• Build scalable APIs for identity federation and single sign-on.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to align capabilities.
• Continuously monitor, optimise, and improve identity service performance.
• Lead major incident resolution, ensuring resilience and improvements.
• Shape the platform strategy through insight and hands‑on enablement.
