Responsibilities

• Grow the team: coach engineers with actionable feedback and clear growth paths.
• Delivery ownership: translate outcomes into roadmaps and deliver reliably.
• Technical leadership: guide architecture and design reviews for high-scale systems (AWS, event-driven).
• Cross-functional partnership: work with Product, Design, and Business domains.
• Operational health: ensure production stability, CI/CD, observability.
• Responsible AI adoption: integrate AI with safe development workflows.
