Responsibilities:
- Own the technical solution and architecture for the assigned IAM workstream.

- Review solution designs, code, infrastructure changes, and technical implementation plans.
- Manage technical risks, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Coordinate integration activities across internal technology teams and third-party suppliers.
- Support technical planning, estimation, backlog management, and delivery assurance.
- Define and assure non-functional requirements covering availability, resilience, performance, scalability, observability, and security.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, operationally supportable, and aligned with service-management expectations.
- Support architecture governance, design authorities, and technical steering groups.
- Champion engineering best practices, DevSecOps, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate technical discussions, requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, operating procedures, and delivery governance.
Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience with human and non-human identities, workload identity, agent identity, secrets management, or certificate lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and identity-first security principles.
- Experience with policy-as-code, API security, cloud-native security, and event-driven identity integrations.
- Understanding of observability, monitoring, audit logging, secure software development, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Experience defining technical designs, reviewing solutions, managing dependencies, and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of availability, resilience, performance, scalability, security, and production-readiness requirements.
- Experience working in a regulated financial-services environment.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, product ownership, backlog management, requirements engineering, and business analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, report-writing, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with IAM or security platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or BeyondTrust.
- Experience working with privileged access management, identity governance, authentication modernization, or elevated-access solutions.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking, financial-services, or other regulated-enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating internal engineering teams, architecture, security, operations, and third-party technology suppliers.
- Relevant certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, cloud security, enterprise architecture, Agile delivery, or technology risk.
What you will bring:
- A strong technical and security mindset.
- The ability to translate complex IAM requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Confidence in making technical decisions and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach to working across architecture, engineering, security, operations, and suppliers.
