Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to turn complex data into actionable insights across Identity services. You will analyse customer identity journeys, and build dashboards with Power BI, Qlik, and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights for business and engineering stakeholders.

You will define, track and report on key KPIs such as customer experience, platform reliability, security posture, API performance and operational efficiency, partnering with teams across the Identity

Qualifications

• Strong SQL expertise for large, complex datasets across sources.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for business/engineering stakeholders.
• Hands-on BigQuery and cloud data environments for analytics & insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse identity journeys to identify trends and pain points.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Define and report on KPIs across the Identity Tribe.
