Job summary

M&G is seeking an Identity Technical Specialist to keep our identity services secure, stable and user-friendly. You will split your time between day-to-day support and onboarding applications for SSO into Entra ID, working with Technology and the business to resolve issues and deliver controlled changes.

The role sits in a specialist Security team, offering technical depth and real impact. Hybrid Stirling office 2–3 days a week, with a focus on governance, documentation and continuous

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical experience in identity operations.
• Experience delivering and supporting SSO integrations in a controlled environment.
• Practical experience with Conditional Access and applying security controls consistently.
• Clear, concise communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support across identity and access platforms.
• Lead and deliver SSO onboarding into Entra ID for SaaS, internal and on-premise apps.
• Configure and support identity controls including MFA and Conditional Access.
