Job summary

M&G is seeking an Identity Technical Associate in Stirling to keep identity services secure, stable, and user-friendly. You will split time between routine 3rd line support and onboarding applications to Entra ID, collaborating with tech and business teams to meet identity controls.

Essential experience includes Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO integrations, and strong documentation. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged, with a focus on secure, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical experience in identity operations with solid troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering and supporting SSO integrations in controlled environments.
• Experience with Conditional Access and security controls.
• Excellent documentation and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support across identity and access platforms.
• Lead SSO onboarding into Entra ID for SaaS and on‑prem apps.
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and access governance alignment.
• Investigate incidents and implement controlled fixes.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate changes via ServiceNow.
