Job summary

The Maples Group is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer in Leeds to implement, maintain and support IAM tools and controls. You will strengthen identity security across IGA, PAM, SSO, Federation, MFA and identity lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing or administering enterprise IAM solutions in domains such as IGA, PAM, SSO, federation, MFA, lifecycle management or access governance.
• Experience with authentication/authorization standards: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity.
• Experience integrating applications with identity providers and access management solutions.
• Experience executing access reviews and RBAC governance activities.
• Preferred: CISSP (Assoc) or Microsoft SC-300.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support IAM tools, processes and controls across Identity Governance, PAM, SSO, Federation, MFA, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Support JML processes, role management and access provisioning.
• Assist audits with evidence gathering, access reviews and remediation tracking.
• Participate in Zero Trust initiatives and identity-centric security programs.
• Support onboarding and integration for SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM and Federation services.
