Job summary

TEC Partners Limited in London is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM) to own a major cyber transformation programme. This 6-month contract inside IR35 offers a daily rate of £700–£725 and a hybrid London location.

You will define the IDAM strategy, oversee initiatives across identity lifecycle, MFA, SSO and governance, and collaborate with Cyber Security, IT, HR and business units to ensure adoption, change management, and a sustainable BAU transition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of identity principles, controls, and technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios, balancing delivery, risk, and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver initiatives across identity lifecycle management, privileged access, IGA, MFA, and SSO.
• Shape the organisation’s next-generation identity security controls, supporting safe, responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
• Collaborate across Cyber Security, IT, HR, and business functions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective change management.
• Drive the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual, ensuring systems and processes are sustainable, scalable, and future-ready.
