Job summary

Avanade UK Security is scaling fast and seeks a Director-level IAM Lead to build a Microsoft-first growth engine across advisory, implementation, and managed services. You will drive Entra-first strategies, governance, and repeatable offers, collaborating with Solution Architects and Presales to accelerate pipeline, improve conversion, and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior/Director-level IAM leadership experience in a security practice.
• Proven track record in presales, solution design, and delivery governance.
• Strong Microsoft Entra/Entra ID experience and AI/security integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK IAM GTM narrative and enablement, focusing on Entra-first offerings.
• Lead presales/solutioning with Solution Architects and Presales Lead to drive complex IAM pursuits.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, and repeatable patterns across projects and assets.
• Build reusable assets, reference architectures, and automation patterns for identity-centric security.
