Job summary

You will set strategic direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with global teams to implement secure, scalable technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, and social login capabilities to protect client platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a small team to deliver innovative IAM solutions.
• Understanding of application and data architecture disciplines.
• Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes.
• Experience with authentication and modern authentication practices (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML).
• Proficiency in Java and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Willingness to work across disparate technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality IAM solutions.
• Modernize authentication platforms across channels and domains.
• Evaluate and prototype authentication solutions.
• Integrate anti-fraud and biometric authentication into applications.
• Utilize APIs and SDKs for internal and open standards.
• Drive quality and efficiency across the SDLC.
• Set and model high technical standards for the team.
• Collaborate with local and global teams.
• Foster innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
