Job summary

Reed Technology in Peterborough is seeking an Identity & Access Governance Analyst to manage and improve identity governance across enterprise apps and cloud platforms, strengthening security controls and supporting Zero Trust.

You will administer access reviews, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and work with stakeholders to ensure right access at the right time. Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and M365 security is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, Identity Governance or related security fields.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, least privilege and access controls.
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver and access reviews is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Govern identity and access controls across enterprise and cloud platforms
• Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes
• Conduct access reviews and certification activities
• Review and approve access requests in line with policy
• Support privileged access management and least-privilege initiatives
• Maintain and improve identity governance controls and processes
• Administer Conditional Access and authentication controls
• Investigate access-related incidents and governance issues
• Support audits and compliance activities
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
