Job summary

The Client Group is recruiting an IdAM Engineer to join a dedicated Identity and Access Management Live Services team on a 12-month, on-site contract in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on maintaining identity infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance and security, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience administering Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019)
• Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration
• Experience with RSA two-factor authentication and PKI/Certificate services
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Familiarity with DNS and DHCP services
• Understanding of network protocols and firewall technologies
• Experience in secure or regulated environments and disaster recovery testing
• Ability to collaborate with external suppliers and internal project teams

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Active Directory and IdAM solutions
• Respond to incidents and service requests and drive resolution
• Perform proactive system monitoring and daily health checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Support disaster recovery testing and participate in security reviews
