Job summary

Lorien is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Engineer to join a specialist Live Services team on-site in the United Kingdom. The role covers 2nd/3rd line support for ADDS, PAM, and identity platforms, with a focus on security, availability, and operational performance.

You will develop PowerShell automation, work with project and support teams, and ensure changes are implemented per management processes. On-site five days a week with DV clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years administering Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019).
• Strong Active Directory administration expertise and experience.
• Experience with Linux systems administration.
• Knowledge of RSA SecurID or similar two-factor authentication.
• PKI/certificate management experience and automation scripting.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of MIM/FIM identity management tools.
• Understanding of security, DR concepts, and incident response.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and identity infrastructure.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IdAM platforms and authentication services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Implement changes following change management processes.
• Support disaster recovery testing and resilience initiatives.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts.
• Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to deliver improvements.
