Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an IdAM Application Developer in Cheltenham to join our on-site team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy data processing solutions for identity and access management and data workflows.

You’ll work across Kubernetes, OpenShift, Apache NiFi, and DevOps tooling to build secure, scalable, and reliable services. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and platform specialists is essential, with opportunities to mentor and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript development.
• Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS).
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise applications.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Collaborative in Agile or DevOps teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy data processing solutions.
• Build and maintain IdAM applications and integrations.
• Manage data movement between customers, services, and domains.
• Deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop Ansible roles to automate NiFi deployments.
• Provide guidance and training on NiFi and related tech.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver secure, scalable services.
• Contribute to innovation and platform improvements.
• Support CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
• Contribute bug fixes and open-source contributions.
• Produce technical docs and procedures.
