Job summary

Experis is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our technology team in Liverpool on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working. The role focuses on provisioning, access governance and AD/Entra ID management within a large enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates will have 12–24 months IDAM or IT security experience, exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, and a solid understanding of RBAC, MFA and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to Entra ID Governance.
• Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access.
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Assist with user provisioning and access management.
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts.
• Support RBAC and access governance activities.
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration.
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls.
• Maintain IAM documentation and procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requests.
