Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist with 24-hour ward management in the absence of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
Provide leadership and supervision for the nursing team.
Help develop and maintain ward philosophy focused on compassionate, safe, quality care.
Assist with admin and financial aspects to ensure cost-effective resource use.
Coordinate ward activities and support communication among staff.
Assess patient care needs and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
