Job Opportunity: ICT Desktop Support Engineer

Join a global aviation leader and take the next step in your career. We are seeking an experienced ICT Desktop Support Engineer in the UK to support our worldwide ICT infrastructure and users.

Purpose of the Role
  • Assist the Head of ICT and ICT Support Supervisor in providing effective ICT services globally.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the ICT infrastructure worldwide.
  • Provide technical support to all users, resolving network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and manage support tickets.
  • Support and expand office network infrastructure and monitor critical ICT resources.
  • Support end users with hardware, software, and device issues.
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 support duty roster.
Qualities We Look For
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting business IT.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 workstations.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+.
