Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in South West London. You will plan and deliver engaging CS lessons, covering programming, algorithms, and computational thinking for KS3 and KS4, while preparing students for GCSE assessments.

You'll foster digital literacy in a safe, inclusive space and support coding clubs, IT workshops, and related activities.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Aspire People is looking for an innovative and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in South West London. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire the next generation of digital thinkers and equip students with essential computing and problem-solving skills across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and exam specifications.
Teach core topics such as programming, algorithms, computational thinking, and data representation.
Foster digital literacy and a passion for technology in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Prepare students for assessments including GCSE Computer Science and related qualifications.

Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
