Job summary

Collingwood College in Camberley is seeking an ICT Classroom Support Assistant for a part-time role (17 hours per week, term-time only). The salary is £10,047 to £10,701 per year (FTE £24,732–£26,342).

You will work with staff and students to provide IT support, troubleshoot issues, assist with logins, and help deliver ICT-based learning. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong communication skills, enjoy teamwork, and be committed to safeguarding and supporting young people.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a school or IT support environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students and teachers in the use of IT systems and software during lessons.
• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot issues.

• Maintain classroom equipment and report faults.

The Role
