Job summary

Southern Water is seeking an experienced OT Security Architect to lead the design and governance of secure Operational Technology environments across our business. Hybrid working (Falmer or Durrington) with 2 days on-site per week.

Salary is dependent on skills and experience. You will design secure OT architectures for SCADA, industrial networks and automation platforms, lead risk assessments, and embed secure design across major programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT security for industrial environments.
• Ability to design secure OT architectures and networks.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001 and NIS2.

Responsibilities

• Design OT security architectures, standards and frameworks.
• Lead OT security risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards.
• Define secure integration patterns between OT and IT environments.
• Provide threat modelling and security design assurance for projects.
• Support cyber incident response planning and resilience testing.
