A leading e-commerce giant in the United Kingdom is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager to oversee inventory control and quality assurance within fulfillment centers. In this role, you'll lead a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and implement data-driven process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in people management as well as project coordination. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with competitive compensation.
Do you aim to have a dynamic impact on the world? Are you up for creating solutions and solving tomorrow's problems today? Then we have the opportunity for you! We are looking to hire an ICQA Operations Manager to take ownership of our fulfillment centers Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. Our fulfillment centers sit at the heart of Amazon's rapidly growing operations network: they are where we manage our fast-moving inventory. In each fulfillment center, our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out; each of these groups has played its part in taking us where we are today. These fulfillment centers are fast‑paced and high‑reward environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is key. We need a leader who ensures we deliver as reliably as ever to our customers, while making sure our teams deliver on customer obsession.
You will lead a department responsible for inventory control, quality assurance and problem‑solve operations. Your day typically starts with a meeting with the fulfillment center leadership team, where you review previous day performance and address any ongoing issues. Throughout the day you will review inventory discrepancies and quality performance, analyze data, look for trends and opportunities for process improvement, collaborate with your own team of Area Managers and hourly Associates, and partner with other FC operations or central teams that own Catalogue, Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Loss Prevention and Program Management. You will spend time on the floor, observing processes and ensuring safety standards are maintained in your area. You will also dedicate time to developing your Area Managers by providing feedback and identifying training needs. You will finish the day knowing you have contributed to maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving quality challenges, and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate fulfillment operations.

We commit to empowering and supporting our team members to grow and achieve their aspirations.
