Chef & Cook is seeking a pastry-focused role in Greater London to develop ice cream flavours and dessert concepts for retail and events. You will follow strict production protocols, weighing ingredients accurately, and ensure high standards of decoration and presentation.

You will work with the production team to create cohesive flavour profiles, taste prototypes, and maintain logs and hygiene across production areas. A supportive environment and pension are provided.

Responsabilités

• Develop new ice cream flavours and dessert concepts showcasing pastry skills and ice cream knowledge.
• Follow recipes and production protocols, weighing and measuring ingredients for consistency.
• Decorate and finish desserts to a high standard for retail and events.
• Collaborate with team to create complementary flavour combinations.
• Taste and test new flavour prototypes and provide pastry-focused feedback.
• Create visually stunning sundaes and plated desserts for shops and events.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate orders to management or suppliers.
