Are you a skilled chef seeking to further your professional career in the hospitality industry?
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a challenge. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and flair for culinary arts, with solid experience in a similar role, comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, and a proven track record of working effectively with a large kitchen brigade. We’re looking for people with a true passion for food and the ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-volume environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
You will ensure all culinary requirements are handled efficiently, assist the Senior Chefs, and act in accordance with Health & Safety legislation. You will make sure all stock is correctly labelled and rotated, keep the kitchen clean, liaise with the Stewarding team for cleaning requirements, handle complaints swiftly, log details in the handover book, and ensure all purchased food items are received, checked against invoices, and stored properly.
