IBA Operations Manager

East Midlands Hybrid Full-time

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced leader to take on the role of IBA Operations Manager at PIB Group. This is a key position where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our IBA operations, improve processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and supporting a skilled IBA Operations team to deliver reliable service to colleagues and clients
  • Managing cash allocations, debtors, creditors, and funding against targets
  • Planning for team capacity and identifying efficiencies
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls
  • Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Producing reports in partnership with the MI & Controls Manager
  • Assisting with audits (CASS and statutory) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Addressing and preventing CASS compliance issues
  • Ensuring compliance with the Consumer Credit Act for third-party finance
  • Supporting the integration of new businesses into IBA operations
  • Promoting team development and a positive working environment
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in financial or insurance operations with leadership skills
  • Knowledge of IBA processes and FCA CASS rules
  • Experience with platforms like Acturis, Websure, SSP, Epic, or TAM
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Clear communication skills and teamwork
  • Problem-solving skills and a focus on improvements
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities that support and develop others
