Job Description:

We are hiring a new IBA Technician for a growing insurance brokerage. This role supports the Finance and Technical Processing team and involves:

• Bank reconciliation and cash matching
• Income ledger administration, including posting to IBS
• Preparation and processing of premium, commission, and claims payments
• Knowledge of banking systems for payments
• Accurate record keeping using our electronic data management system
• Monitoring credit risk, funding, unallocated cash, and unrealised brokerage
• Producing intracompany reports and schedules
• Resolving queries related to receipts of unexpected or unidentified funds
• Handling queries from clients and underwriters
• Collaborating with international offices and providing IBA support
• Managing tasks on a multi-currency and multi-company ledger

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in an IBA role, knowledge of client money rules and insurance legal principles, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
