Job Description:

We are hiring an IBA Technician for a growing insurance brokerage. Due to expansion, a new role has been created to support the Finance and Technical Processing team.

You will be involved in:

1. Bank reconciliation and cash matching
2. Income ledger administration, including posting to IBS
3. Preparation and processing of premium, commission, and claims payments
4. Bank reconciliations and knowledge of banking systems to facilitate payments
5. Accurate record keeping using our electronic data management system
6. Monitoring credit risk, funding, unallocated cash, un-forwarded balances, and unrealised brokerage
7. Producing intracompany reports and schedules
8. Query resolution related to receipts of unexpected or unidentified funds
9. Query resolution from clients and underwriters
10. Collaborating with international offices and providing IBA support
11. Handling tasks on a multi-currency and multi-company ledger

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in an IBA role, knowledge of client money rules and insurance-related legal principles, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
