Job summary

Kensington is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead the development and ongoing improvement of our IAM capability. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will ensure secure, compliant access to systems and data across the business in a hybrid working environment with monthly attendance in Marlow.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Audit and control functions to implement IAM strategies, build governance frameworks and drive automation while staying

Qualifications

• Essential degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Desirable CISSP and CISM certifications.
• Experience in identity and access management governance and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of IAM policies, processes and controls.
• Own IAM roadmap aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
• Develop IAM governance frameworks, standards and reporting.
• Collaborate with Technology and business teams on authentication and authorization.
• Execute access recertification in line with audits.
• Support risk, audit and regulatory activities with evidence gathering.
• Investigate IAM security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce risk and improve resilience.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and best practices.
