Job summary

PrincipleHR is recruiting an IAM Solutions Architect for a major, multi-year identity programme in London. The role is a hands-on architect leadership position with global stakeholders, targeting a long-term build in a hybrid, central-London setting.

You will lead IAM initiatives, with a strong emphasis on IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM and governance, and work across Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint. The contract is 12 months PAYE, inside IR35, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years client-facing experience in roles like Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales.
• Deep, hands-on IAM expertise: IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning and governance.
• Led large-scale global IAM programmes end to end with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major, multi-year IAM programme and drive long-term build.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineers and executives to translate goals into a technical plan.
• Deliver hands-on architectural guidance and governance across the project lifecycle.

• Annual Salary up to £115,000 doe
• 12-month PAYE contract, paid weekly through us PrincipleHR - inside IR35
• Strong chance of extension (this programme isn't going anywhere)
• 3 days a week in central London - Hybrid work model

You'll fit if you've got:

• 7+ years client-facing - Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant
• Deep, hands-on IAM: IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, governance
• Led large-scale, global IAM programmes end to end
• Real depth in Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint
• The consultant's knack for turning business goals into a technical plan - and holding a room, engineers or execs
