Job summary

Involved Solutions in London is seeking an experienced IAM Developer to lead technical work on the One Identity Manager (1IM) platform within a large financial services environment.

You will integrate target systems, write SQL queries, develop VB.NET enhancements, and support upgrades and production support, ensuring secure and scalable identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for the 1IM platform across systems.

• Configure 1IM tools: Manager, Designer, Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Transporter.
• Develop connectors and integrations; customise WebUI components.
• Write/optimise SQL queries; develop VB.NET enhancements.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis.

Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Experience integrating enterprise target systems for provisioning and reconciliation
• Strong SQL capability including database analysis
• Experience with VB.NET development within IAM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience working within structured change management environments
• Experience with server-side scripting such as Perl, VBScript, JavaScript or batch scripts
• Good understanding of infrastructure and system dependencies
• Previous experience in a dedicated IAM developer role (desirable)
• Experience supporting global or international environments (desirable)
• Experience providing post-deployment and production support (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the One Identity Manager (1IM) platform
• Integrate target systems including Active Directory, O365, databases, web services, mainframes, LDAP and enterprise applications
• Configure and work extensively with 1IM tools including Manager, Designer, Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info and Transporter
• Develop custom connectors and integrations using UNS tables where required
• Customise and support WebUI components
• Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and views
• Develop enhancements and fixes using VB.NET
• Support platform upgrades and change-the-bank initiatives
• Provide production support including deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ensure secure, scalable and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organisation
