Job summary

SoSafe is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for the IAM Team to own core features from conception to deployment, blending frontend and backend work with Typescript and React. You will shape authentication flows, permissions and secure UX across the product while collaborating in an Agile environment.

You should bring a quality-focused mindset, experience with testing and release strategies, and comfort with CI/CD, observability tools, and AI-assisted tooling. English communication required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of professional full-stack development success using Typescript + React.
• Robust quality mindset and deep experience with testing and release strategies.
• Systems-thinking mindset with end-to-end ownership of processes.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted tooling (Claude, Github Co-Pilot, Cursor).
• Strong observability and performance mindset; quantify product usage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Collaborative and curious, with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Take core contributor ownership on business-critical projects from conception to deployment.
• Care about end user experience and adoption of internal features.
• Show aptitude for observability and performance optimisation using tools like Sentry, DataDog.
• Flex both backend and frontend skills for seamless UX across the stack.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tooling and process adoption.
• Maintain a rock-solid CI/CD process and well-designed releases.
• Own end-to-end processes and act as project steward.
• Engage in architecture discussions and problem solving with the team.
