Calisen Metering seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend to 6 months. This Inside IR35 role focuses on strengthening identity security controls, automating processes and delivering governance across critical applications.

You will work in a hybrid setup with at least two days per week in the Manchester/Wigan office, contributing to a high-profile cyber security transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proven IAM engineering experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, RBAC and privileged access management.
• Experience automating Joiner, Leaver and Mover processes.
• Experience onboarding SaaS apps using federation and provisioning technologies.
• Strong PowerShell and Graph automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting across identity, authentication and directory services.
• Experience creating technical documentation and handovers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement and enhance Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory controls.
• Deliver SSO, MFA and Conditional Access improvements across critical apps.
• Design and implement RBAC, privileged access and identity governance controls.
• Automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Onboard SaaS apps using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
• Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation.
• Support access reviews and audit requirements.
• Produce technical docs and handovers.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
