Job summary

CGI in Reading is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support privileged access and identity governance across hybrid environments, leveraging CyberArk and Microsoft Entra. You will work with security architects and cloud teams to modernise access controls and automate IAM workflows, with UK security clearance eligibility required and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise IAM and privileged access management solutions.
• Deep expertise with CyberArk technologies alongside a solid understanding of identity governance and cloud-based access controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra, IGA platforms, and automation tooling is highly valuable.
• Ability to contribute to secure, high-performing delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support privileged access and identity governance solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with security architects, infrastructure teams and stakeholders to deliver secure IAM capabilities.
• Modernise access controls, identity lifecycle management and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Lead integrations, automation and continuous improvement activities in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Support deployment and operation of IAM programs and security controls.
